Welcome to the 1600 Hamilton Place Community Association web site.

Feel free to browse our web site. We have included some of our association rules and regulations, as well as some of our association documents and forms so that you will have easy access to them.

If you are new to our community, please read our Welcome Letter which gives a summary of our rules. For details on our rules, please see our Rules page using the link at the left.

We have also included various other information that we hope you will find useful.

Regular Association Meetings

Board Meetings

Board Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month in the Clubhouse. The Open Forum starts at 6:30 pm and is the time for residents to address the Board of Directors. The Board Meeting starts promptly following the Open Forum and open to all homeowners to listen, but not participate. An Agenda for the meeting is posted on the bulletin boards at the Clubhouse and mailbox kiosks four days before the meeting.

Annual Meeting of Members

Second Tuesday of March each year at 6:30 pm in the clubhouse.

 

HOA Payment Options

The current payment options for paying your HOA fees and assessments are listed on our HOA Payment Options page. A direct link to the payment portal can be accessed from HOA Payment in the menu.

NOTE: If you had automatic payments set up through Heritage Bank, those were cancelled in May 2024. You will have to resister on the new payment portal to set up automatic payments.
