General Rules and Regulations

 

  1. Prior to the transfer of title or execution of a real property sale contract, a copy of the governing documents shall be provided by the owner to the prospective purchaser.

  2. Leases - In order that lines of communication be established with lessee as well as owners, any owner leasing his/her unit must notify the Managing Agent of the Association of the name(s) of the current lessee.

  3. The greenbelt areas are intended for passive recreation only and not active "sports".

  4. Owners are responsible for the actions of their tenants and guests as they pertain to the rules and regulations of the Association.

  5. Sidewalks are limited to pedestrian traffic only. No wheeled vehicles of any type are permitted (except strollers and small tricycles).

  6. All homeowners who violate the 1600 Hamilton Place Community Association's Governing Documents and/or Rules are subject to monetary penalties and/or suspended voting rights and/or suspended rights to use the recreational facilities.
